O Libert\u00e0 Kitchen j\u00e1 abriu h\u00e1 algum tempo, mas tem sido uma sala de jantar habitual consistente e muito apetec\u00edvel, para quem passa muito tempo na Avenida da Liberdade. Com a miss\u00e3o de quebrar as barreiras do convencional, h\u00e1 uma grande ode de entrega da cozinha italiana, pelo carism\u00e1tico Chef Silvio Armanni. Aterrado em Lisboa, depois de quinze anos pelo Mundo, numa viagem que come\u00e7ou em Castione Della Presolana, em Bergamo, e onde sua av\u00f3 o punha a colaborar com a m\u00e1quina de fazer massas, o seu percurso traz na bagagem cidades cidades como Mil\u00e3o, onde trabalhou ao lado do conhecido chef Giancarlo Morelli,<\/a> Su\u00ed\u00e7a e uma Hong Kong estrelada, como chef executivo do Octavium<\/a>, hoje j\u00e1 com duas estrelas Michelin. A luz estrelar veio com o chef para Lisboa, mas n\u00e3o espere nenhum tipo de preten\u00e7\u00e3o, neste ambiente elegante mas deliciosamente descontra\u00eddo para saborear a mais surpreendente irrever\u00eancia da cozinha italiana.<\/p>\n

E se o foco est\u00e1 nas massas frescas, nas carnes e peixes, a grande surpresa \u00e9 receber num restaurante contempor\u00e2neo um ambiente familiar. N\u00e3o deixe de provar o ‘Casoncelli Bergamasca’, um Ravio\u0301li de carne caseiro de Bergamo, pancetta, sa\u0301lvia, manteiga marrom, parmesa\u0303o, nos pratos principais, o ‘Fileto Di Brazino’, um Robalo selvagem grelhado, pure\u0301 de raiz de aipo, espinafres, caldo de peixe ci\u0301trico, o\u0301leo de funcho ou o ‘Duo Di Manzo’, um Bife do lombo dos Ac\u0327ores, rabo de boi com ameixas assadas, acelgas, polenta di Rovetta. Nas sobremesas, tenta-nos na carta o famoso ‘Canolo Siciliano’, um Tubo de massa crocante, ricota de ovelha siciliana doce, pistacho, casca de laranja cristalizada, mas a minha escolha preferida vai para o o ‘Tiramisu Bomba’ irreverente e preparado na mesa, com creme de mascarpone, savoiardi caseiro, cafe\u0301 e cacau sem ac\u0327u\u0301car, imperd\u00edvel. Atrevo-me a dizer que \u00a0\u00e9 dos meus italianos preferidos da cidade, para ir e voltar muitas vezes.<\/p>\n

Libert\u00e0 Kitchen has been open for some time now, but it has been a consistent dining room for those who spend a lot of time on Avenida da Liberdade. With a mission to break down conventional barriers, there is a great ode to Italian cuisine by the charismatic Chef Silvio Armanni. Landed in Lisbon after fifteen years around the world, on a journey that began in Castione Della Presolana in Bergamo, where his grandmother made him work with the pasta machine, his journey has taken in cities such as Milan, where he worked alongside the well-known chef Giancarlo Morelli, Switzerland and a star-studded Hong Kong, as executive chef at Octavium, now with two Michelin stars. The starlight came with the chef to Lisbon, but don’t expect any kind of pretentiousness in this elegant but deliciously relaxed setting where you can savour the most surprising irreverence of Italian cuisine. <\/em><\/p>\n

And if the focus is on fresh pasta, meat and fish, the big surprise is to be welcomed into a contemporary restaurant with a family atmosphere. Don’t miss the ‘Casoncelli Bergamasca’, a homemade meat ravioli from Bergamo, pancetta, sage, brown butter, parmesan, for main courses, the ‘Fileto Di Brazino’, a grilled wild sea bass, celery root puree, spinach, citrus fish broth, fennel oil or the ‘Duo Di Manzo’, an Azorean sirloin steak, oxtail with roasted plums, chard, polenta di Rovetta. For desserts, the menu tempts us with the famous ‘Canolo Siciliano’, a tube of crunchy pastry, sweet Sicilian sheep’s ricotta, pistachios and candied orange peel, but my favourite is the irreverent ‘Tiramisu Bomba’, prepared at the table, with mascarpone cream, homemade savoiardi, coffee and unsweetened cocoa, not to be missed. I dare say it’s one of my favourite Italian places in the city, one to go to again and again.<\/em><\/p>\n
